You asked for it (or maybe you didn't) so here it is! My top ten favorite films of all time. This doesn't necessarily mean I think they are the best films ever made, but they are among the best. Please be aware that this list changes constantly, but the top four are very strong and will most likely remain there for quite a while. On a personal note, Schindler's List is not my all-time favorite film. David Fincher's Se7en is, but Spielberg's 1993 picture is the best film I've ever seen. It's just not my favorite (I'd have to be pretty sadistic if I thought it was an entertaining film). I just couldn't live with myself if I didn't put Spielberg's masterpiece at the top. It's the only film I feel has truly transcended the medium.
